Caleb & Whitney

I met Caleb and Whitney at a wedding this summer. Barely knowing them I awkwardly approached to ask if they would want to shoot with me around Spokane sometime because there are so many sweet locations in the area. They both smiled and instantly said yes.
Fast forward a few weeks. Caleb asked to meet and talk about an idea he had for the shoot. He and I met for a beer and he asked if he could propose to Whitney as a surprise as we took photos. Ecstatic, I smiled and instantly said yes. We then proceeded to scheme out our plan.
The three of us met at a grocery store to begin our shoot. We all get in my car and drive around town shooting photos and listening to ridiculous music. As the sun begins to set we arrived at our last location where we planned for him to ask the question. With the sun striking through the dusty air, Caleb dropped on one knee and proposed to Whitney in complete surprise. Our plan had worked.
This is easily one of my favorite moments in my life as a photographer.
